Brief Administration and conceptual support for the implementation of a panafrican robusta coffee organization, promotion and animation of this organization.
Robusta coffee producers of Africa and Madagascar gathered in an organization to promote and developp their coffee industry. Its members are public organizations, private companies and individual producers. The main office is in Libreville – Gabon. ACD provided :
- Consulting for legal, financing and operational design of this panafrican organization
- Survey and modelization (work in progress) of the success requirements of operators
- Communication plan and comercial promotion.
- Organization of a promotional event “Robusta Coffees of Africa” at the International Agricultural Fair in Paris
- Financial resources investigation
