Having a passion for taste and aroma, and also for coffee, she gets onto adding value themes by questioning hopes for development in spite of sometimes harmful constraints of demanding markets.
She carries out markets surveys and runs coffee related operations (Salon de l’Agriculture, France Café Gourmet, Consejo del café de Veracruz).
