He started in international finance at LAFARGE, one of the world leading company in cement, then he integrated for 22 years the commodities market as an international trader including 14 years for the firm Sucres et Denrées. After a five year stay in Dominican Republic for ABCD, he joined the office of Paris.

His knowledge of the commodities such as sugar, coffee and cocoa and generally of the supply chains, allow him to design, recommendand implement marketing strategies for food industries, from raw materials to processed products.
